New for this year, built on tried and tested tools, methods and activities, we are able to offer you teambuilding sessions based on lessons from Formula One. The event is delevered by PJ Stevens (strength deployment inventory specialist) and ITV's Louise Goodman. Formula one events are available at any suitable hotel, office venue, or office space

Through our links with people such as ITV’s F1 Presenter Louise Goodman and a variety of F1 teams and contacts, we can offer many levels of teambuilding and business development programmes to suit your needs using Formula One as the theme.

Louise is a professional presenter and communication expert with many years experience in Motor Racing, F1 and Television, and will deliver many great stories, learning and skills sessions to benefit you and your business. Events can be held at any suitable hotel, conference venue or office space to meet your needs, why not add value and book one of the F1 team’s facilities race circuits such as brands hatch, silverstone how about lotus test track factory.

Subject to budget we can arrange to combine your event with Driving Activities, Track Days, an F1 Pit Stop Challenge and other related experiences to add to the event and underlining the theme and performance matters. You can even hire an F1 car for your conference or product launch!


For those with a more extravagant budget we can combine the learning and development programmes with an F1 experience driving F1 cars at a Private Track in Europe, or how about combining your training with a celebratory corporate day at an F1 Grand Prix of your choice!

Costs start from £199 per head for an introductory classroom session, to well over £10,000 per head to include driving an F1 Car on a private track in Spain.

Formula One Team Building can be offered as a half-day or full-day classroom activity that will ‘draw’ out the values and benefits of team working, helping to create a better understanding of why it works and enable the participants to develop towards being an outstanding team.
