Jamie Moir Image Jamie has been involved with sales and sales management for the past 26 years. He has held key positions with Xerox, Pegasus Software, IBM and Computacenter. For the last 5 years he has been involved with helping customers grow their business by enabling them to focus on improving the performance of their sales team. He has done this by providing workshops that enable sales people to focus on where the business really is within their customer, providing consultancy around the whole aspects of sales skills, sales processes, sales coaching and key account management. He has provided Business consultancy to companies who are looking to move on to the next stage with their businesses. Although primarily focused on the corporate market for the sales process work, he has also worked with a number of small and medium sized companies

Jamie's approach is very much 'hands-on' with time spent out in the field observing and coaching to ensure performance improvement and also time spent with business principals ensuring their business is moving in the right direction. His direct no nonsense approach really helps get things done quickly. He is not afraid to ask the difficult questions, sometime ones business owners are too afraid to ask themselves!
